Moving my blog to pckt!

I'm finally moving my blog to pckt, something I've been wanting to do for a lil bit but never committed to because I really wanted a custom domain. And hey, they just introduced custom domains! So here we are!

I was previously using Zonelets (https://zonelets.net/) for my website and blogging purposes, which I still do highly recommend!! Zonelets is more of a all-in-one thing with a landing page, archive page, custom pages, and blog, but I started a new site from scratch so the Zonelets blog didn't really fit in anymore. I'll probably never come back to it, because if I wanted something like that again, I'd want to learn to built it myself. So, goodbye Zonelets, I hope others in need of what you offer find you, because you're wonderful.

Now I'm onto pckt, which is a bloggin platform by my innernette pal Brookie, which is real cute n simple and I just get to type up my shit and I like it! It runs on the AT Protocol which is what Bluesky uses and it's not something I totally understand but it's cool and I like the AT Protocol stuff so, cool! I guess I don't have a lot to say!!!!

One thing I liked about Zonelets was the lil hunk of javascript you could drop in your site that would display a simple list of your x most recent blog posts, I wonder if there's a way I could get something that would do that so I can have that right on my homepage. I'll figure it out eventually. Or not!

I'll be transferring some of my old blog posts over here over the next few days. I hope the increased ease-of-use I'm gonna experience using this will make me blog more. Here's hoping!!
